How to cut an ideal facemask?

Take an A4 size sheet. It could be printed or plain up to your choice. Fold that paper horizontally once and vertically once. What do you get after these folds? You will get straight and equal measures of both sides with accuracy. Place the paper horizontally in front of you and place a scale at the center crease you just made. Make a 4 cm upward line and 4 cm downward line from the center of the sheet. In addition, the picture below illustrates it clearly.
